Conspiracy theories really amuse me and I find them hilarious. The people who really believe them is what does it for me. They are amazing! I don't know how I got onto the topic, but my dad started discussing them. The problem was, I was talking about how crazy the people who believe them are, and he was talking about how they are real. My dad and I are very different and our views on things could not be more different and this was just the perfect example of it.
Anyways, so the conversation was already in conspiracy theory territory and he got into conspiracy theorist believer mode. He was so serious, using facial expressions and hand gestures. At one point he was even whispering because of how secret the conspiracy was. I couldn't believe it. I love these people because they are completely mad, but having my dad be one was weird for me. I tried to amuse him, but couldn't even pretend to agree. This resulted in what to me was absolute hilarity. I ended up just bursting into complete laughter at him around 8 times and had to try and explain why without saying flat out that I thought he was nuts.
I don't know what to make of it. Reading peoples comments on conspiracy theories on the internet is one thing, but actually talking to one is a whole different level. I found it fun, but I don't know if I can ever do it again because I can't help but just laugh at the absurdity....but maybe that's how the government just wants me to react because they are secretly making conspiracy theorists seem crazy so we won't believe their truths....
:P

Conspiracy theories FTW! You know I always come up with them Steph ;)
Anyway, nice looking restaurant but why was it completely empty? Maybe the people who were inside saw you coming in with a camera and thought you were like some undercover investigator who was on the look out for a criminal, or who was investigating a long closed crime that had taken place inside the restaurant??
Yeeeeah :D
There were some people in there, but they weren't within the shot and I also assume a lot of people stayed home to watch the debate.
